Tenaya has been my stylist for the last 4 years and she the only one I trust with my cut and color. She is an expert at the beach blonde waves that I'm always wanting. Her new salon is in a perfect location and is super cute and trendy! I highly recommend checking out SALT!

Sierra saved my hair! I started going to Sierra in 2020 after my hair was fried from being over dyed and too much sun. She fixed the color/cut and then gave me suggestions for long term hair health and growth. Between my root touch ups, and her at home-home hair/beauty suggestions my hair has completely transformed. Now I only get highlights once a year (which has saved me $100s) and my hair shines and sparkles.
Sierras glam squad :) has also styled my hair for my wedding, maternity shoot and they give the best blow out! At 44, she makes me look 34, and I'm constantly told that!!!!
I am so happy about her new venture on State Street b/c it is so calm, clean and kind. Thankful for this sweet little spot where I can go monthly to pamper myself and catch up with friends. Would recommend to everyone! Amazing!!!!

Salt Color is such a great new salon in Santa Barbara; it's refreshingly simple with a clean aesthetic and nice gals who take great care of their customers. Sierra always gives me the very best brunette vibes. And I can always count on her for that extra deep shampoo massage that is so soothing; nothing is rushed. She even trimmed up a botched bang job as a treat (pity?) and made sure the blowout was perfect, which she does every time. Great music and I always love how my color comes out. I took a shot of the Sierra, Tenaya & Jade because it's their 2nd week in their new space; super happy for their venture and I really love the new space. Definitely try them out - it's a soothing space and the music is low key too. More relaxing than most salons which can be a little chaotic. Big smiles here, all of the time. They offer water and maybe other drinks but I just opted for a water. The products are high quality and the pamper element is definitely in place. It was time well spent.

Sierra is the best colorist I've been to in my entire life (& she slays the layered cuts, too!). I've been going to Sierra for blonding and the occasional brunette look for 4 years and have followed her across 3 different salons. I have naturally dark hair & Sierra has some magical technique that doesn't give me a bad root when my hair grows out. I'm about to graduate from UCSB and you better believe I'll be driving/flying back to get my hair done by Sierra--she's the only person I trust with my hair!! So proud of her for opening her own place; she and the other girls at Salt are always so fun and welcoming, & if you go there you're bound to have a good experience. I LOVE SIERRA & SALT SALON!!!
